A pass-by and a surprise stage put the 1000 Miglia on parade in the centre of Lombardy’s capital.

On day 4, after passing through Stradella and Pavia, the race will move on to Piedmont with lunch in Alessandria. It has been several years since the 1000 Miglia paid homage to the Asti region; this wonderful return sees the journey continue towards Vercelli, passing Novara to reach the heart of Milan in the evening, for the final night of the race.
