Access to this site (the “Site”) implies acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions may be updated and/or amended at any time and at the sole discretion of Stellantis Europe S.p.A. (“STELLANTIS”), with no requirement to give notice thereof to the users.
Access to the Site and use of the content thereof
No liability of any kind is assumed by Stellantis Europe S.p.A. in relation to users’ access to the Site or the use thereby of the content thereof.
Content of the Site
All the content of the Site (news, photos, videos, sounds, trademarks, logos, domain names, application software, graphic layouts, technical documentation and manuals, etc.) and the rights related thereto are reserved. The said content may only be consulted for personal information purposes; any other use without the prior written consent of Stellantis Europe S.p.A. is expressly prohibited.
Although all reasonable care has been taken in collecting and presenting the information contained in this Site, no guarantee is given as to their accuracy, completeness, usefulness, nor any use made thereof by users; Stellantis Europe S.p.A. thus expressly waives any liability for errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to the said data.
Certain pages on the Site may contain information relating to future plans and intentions, described from time to time using terms including but not limited to the verbs “expect”, “estimate”, “predict”, “propose” and “plan”. The said statements do not by nature imply any undertaking by Stellantis Europe S.p.A., which therefore assumes no liability for the implementation thereof.

Products, Tickets and pricing
Information and images concerning (i) equipment, external appearance - including product colours - performance, dimensions and weights, prices, etc. relating to the products referred to on the Site (hereinafter, “Products”) (ii) guided tours at the Heritage exhibition space in Mirafiori, Turin, and related prices and conditions of sale of tickets for such guided tours (“Tickets”) are subject to continuous updating. Stellantis Europe S.p.A. may, at any time and at its sole discretion, make structural or formal changes to the Products and/or to information relating to the Tickets displayed on the Site.
For updated and timely information (i) on the Products and prices referred to on the Site, Stellantis Europe S.p.A. therefore invites users to contact its Heritage arm, and (ii) on Tickets, Stellantis Europe S.p.A. therefore invites users to contact the Heritage HUB - Mirafiori exhibition site.
Liability
Stellantis Europe S.p.A. assumes no liability for the information and indications contained in the pages of the Site and in all other Internet sites linked to the Site. Specifically, no tacit promise or guarantee is made thereby in relation to the composition, suitability of the Products for given purposes, nor to the non-infringement by the said Products of laws or patents. Links to other internet sites may appear on the Site. Stellantis Europe S.p.A. therefore has no influence over the configuration, availability, accessibility or content of the pages connected to the Site via links and no guarantees can be made with regard to the relevance, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information contained therein.
Stellantis Europe S.p.A. cannot be held liable for any damage, direct or indirect, including loss of profit, resulting from the use of or inability to use the Site and the content thereof nor of websites directly or indirectly linked thereto, nor resulting from omissions or errors.
Hypertext links
All other Internet sites linked to the Site (hypertext links pointing to or from this Site) are not created under the control of Stellantis Europe S.p.A. Therefore, Stellantis Europe S.p.A. assumes no responsibility for the availability of such sites, their content, advertising, products or services available and/or offered on or accessible from such sites. The User is solely responsible for their use.
Third-party intellectual property
This website is operated by Stellantis Europe S.p.A. Stellantis Europe S.p.A. complies with the intellectual property rights of third parties. Certain materials on the Site may be posted and made available on the Site by third parties without STELLANTIS’s permission. STELLANTIS policy does not allow materials that breach the rights of third parties and the accounts of users who breach the said rights will be deleted, once Stellantis Europe S.p.A. becomes aware of the said breach.
If a user deems that any of the material on the Site infringes their rights, the said user must send Stellantis Europe S.p.A. a note containing the following information:
i. identification of the right infringed, or in the event of multiple infringements, a list of all the said infringements;
ii. identification of the material on the Site that infringes the said rights, which they wish to be removed or disabled, accompanied by information whereby Stellantis Europe S.p.A. can identify the cause of the infringement(s);
iii. the contact details of the holder of the right(s) infringed, including their address, telephone number and e-mail address, where available;
iv. a statement that the use of the material in question has not been authorised by the holder of the right(s) or by the agents or legal representatives thereof;
v. a statement that the information communicated to Stellantis Europe S.p.A. is accurate and, aware that criminal penalties may be incurred in the event of a false statement, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the holder of the right(s) infringed;
vi. a signature, handwritten or electronic, of the person authorised to act on behalf of the holder of the right(s) infringed.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
Without prejudice to any rights pertaining to users under various domestic or international legislation, these conditions of use of the Site are subject to Italian law and will be interpreted in accordance therewith (with the exception of the regulations on conflicts of law), including any dispute relating to the existence, validity and effectiveness of these conditions of use of the Site and any other agreement referring thereto.
Within the limits of the above, the jurisdiction to approach with any dispute arising with reference to these conditions of use of the Site and any other agreement referring thereto will be (i) the court with jurisdiction in the place of residence or elective domicile of the User, if the User is a consumer, or (ii) exclusively the Court of Turin, if the User is a company.
