Fancy a spin along the Italian Riviera? For the first time ever, the race stops in Genoa, European Capital of Sport 2024. Get set for a ride on the Levante coast, the likes of which hasn't been seen in a long time.
On the second day, after crossing the Langhe hills and the centre of Alba – a treasure trove of Piedmont’s cultural and traditional heritage – the race convoy cuts through Acqui Terme and descends from the Turchino Pass into Genoa, a brand-new destination for the 1000 Miglia 2024. After stopping for lunch and leaving the Riviera di Levante behind, the cars head towards the Tyrrhenian coast and arrive in Viareggio in the evening.
