Le Mans Classic 2022

Alfa Romeo could not miss one of the greatest re-enactments for vintage sports cars, held on the same circuit as the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

An acclaimed event since its first edition in 2002, its success has been vindicated over the years, especially when over 195,000 spectators came together there in 2018. At the largest gathering of classic automobiles in the world, 700 racing cars take to the track, while 8,500 vintage vehicles are on display.

We have selected five cars for our audience: the Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Le Mans, Giulia TZ, 33/2 Daytona, 33 TT12 and the SE 048 prototype. They all epitomise the spirit of competition and once again highlight the competitive, sporty nature of Alfa Romeo, a brand that plays a firm part in the history of this iconic race having taken four consecutive victories, starting in 1931. Fans of the Quadrifoglio will also have the option to experience the adrenaline on the track and test drive cars from the Alfa Romeo sportiest line-up, in special hot laps.

The cars on display at Le Mans Classic 2022 tell the story of decades of Alfa Romeo excellence in long-distance racing: they will be flanked by the brand's latest addition, the Tonale, opening the door to a new generation of cars and once again breaking records in technology and innovation.
