A new partnership between FCA Heritage and Brooklin Models.
The long-running company based in Bath, UK, produces 1:43 scale reproductions of the most prestigious cars in the Alfa Romeo Museum.
The new partnership between FCA Heritage and Brooklin Models involves the creation of 1:43 scale models of the most prestigious cars housed in the Alfa Romeo Museum.
The “Le Reginette del Museo Alfa Romeo” (The Beauty Queens Of The Alfa Romeo Museum) collection, inaugurated by a 1930s icon of the racing world, is now being enriched by two new vehicles, faithfully reproduced in miniature. The legendary 8C 2900 B Le Mans is in fact joined by the Giulia TZ2, racing car with body in fibreglass and superb aerodynamics, capable of achieving a top speed of 250 km/h, and the Giulietta Spider, the vehicle with a harmonious design conceived by Pinin Farina – style protagonist in New York, which wrote the history of an era.
High quality models
The miniature models are handmade, with parts cast in white metal. The car body is carefully prepared, painted by hand and assembled with the smaller parts coated in nickel and then fixed inside and to the base plate.
Each piece develops through long and careful preparatory work: expert craftsmen create original brass masters based on the photos and illustrations made during many hours spent studying the cars live and talking to owners and car history experts.
The scale models of the Alfa Romeo 8C 2900 B Tipo Special Le Mans, the Giulia TZ2 and the Giulietta Spider are high quality objects, made entirely by the historic company from Bath (United Kingdom). They can be bought on the Brooklin Models website.
